Meraki Pools: a custom site built to win pool jobs across Tucson.
Meraki Pools is a family-owned builder of custom concrete pools in Tucson. We moved their website off Squarespace, kept the rankings they had earned, and added the tools to run the business: a client portal, payment reminders and review requests.

The starting point
A template that held the business back.
Meraki's old site ran on a Squarespace template. It couldn't show their Google reviews, page titles were rewritten by an outside script instead of in the site itself, and there was little room to add the local pages that win searches in a competitive market like Tucson.
The goal: a site that ranks for pool searches across the metro, shows off real projects, turns visitors into design consults, and keeps clients informed once the build starts. And none of the rankings they already had could be lost along the way.

Rankings kept through the move
Every page that ranked on the old Squarespace site was kept at the same address or redirected to its new home, then watched closely in search data after launch.
Local SEO across the metro
Service pages for every offering and 14 city pages covering Tucson-area communities such as Marana, Oro Valley and the Catalina Foothills.
53 guides that answer real questions
Permits, pool barriers, caliche, finishes, costs and more: the questions Tucson homeowners search before they call a builder.
15 project pages
Real builds with progress photos, from excavation to the finished pool, so homeowners can see the work.
Client portal and CRM
Built on its own custom database. Clients sign in to follow their project and payment schedule, and overdue payment reminders and review requests go out automatically.
Analytics and reporting
A custom admin dashboard for site stats and search rankings, with monthly SEO reports that guide the next round of work.
A Spanish landing page
A dedicated page for Spanish-speaking homeowners, with its own quote form.
